Over the course of four seasons, participants take part in an exciting virtual triathlon, including swimming, cycling and running.
And the most interesting thing is that the participant creates conditions for himself to complete each of the distances. For example, a swimming pool is required for the swimming stage, a stationary exercise bike is required for the bike ride, and the running stage can be completed both on the track and on the street. The results are recorded through the popular Strava application and entered into an overall rating that determines the best among the best.
